Location.

Location. And the warm response of the day staff when receiving a complaint. (Cockcroach, cleanliness, faulty air con). After the problems were fixed, our next day's stay went reasonably well.

Cleanliness. And the feeling that after 11pm, if there is a problem, you are on your own until morning. We checked in at almost the closing time. So when we found a cockcroach in the bathroom, we had to personally go down and find the security guard to come and deal with it because no one at the front desk picking up the phone. Later that night, when one of the the air cons didn't work properly and we found some garbage (not ours) in the room, we had to wait until the morning to report the problem.

Recommend if you use Grab and bike-taxi. Please try NATURE cafe at CORAN opposite to this hotel.

The room was modern, clean, spacious, very comfortable and functional. It felt like my own apartment. The kitchen has the full-size fridge, microwave, electronic stove and mini-oven. Very nice overall for the money. The hotel is opposite to the really nice luxury spa called CORAN and its NATURE cafe (Japanese-style homemade vegetarian food) with amazing food and lovely atmosphere.

The location is bad - 10-15 min walk from the main road and the problem is the pedestrian road is not there so it is dangerous with passing cars. I had to take a taxi or motorbike taxi (10-20 bhat) to go to 7 eleven. The staff at reception were not perfunctory and unattentive.

Surrounding environment is mostly residential area. A lot of good restaurants are around.

Location. The hotel is very far from BTS station. It takes 15-20 minutes walk between the hotel and the nearest BTS station. This is serviced apartment, not a full service hotel, keep in mind. No breakfast is available inside the premise, so it is necessary to have 5 minutes walk to the nearest breakfast shop. Although there is a shuttle bus running from apartment to BTS station, it started at 8 am. Early breakfast requires walking.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. Parking was not a problem and parking attendants were available to help. The room was lovely, we only spent one night there but was perfect for what we needed. As they are serviced apartments the room had everything. The bathroom was fantastic as well as the up to date facilities in the room. Very happy indeed. Downstairs they also had a hot water machine and coffee/tea etc. that could be accessed whenever.

In the lift on the way down we missed the lobby floor - the lifts werent clearly labelled which floor to go to. Ended up in the basement - a bit confusing! Otherwise a perfect stay.

OK overall but wouldn't stay again

Secure building, as appeared in the photos, comfortable bed.

Wifi often stopped working, reception staff not all that friendly, very small pool. You can get a lot more for your money in much fancier complexes.

A great stay!

The apartment is so cute and comfy! The bed was great and both the shower and the bathtub were good. Everything was very clean. We really did not want to leave our little apartment!

The wifi could be better.

Nice place for a spacious reasonably priced stay.

Property has nice large rooms. They are cleaned to a very good standard and the kitchen facilities are great if you are a regular visitor to bkk and wish to just relax in your room after work etc.

Shower didn't drain properly so bathroom flooded (room 5.50). Pool is pretty small.

Decent option if you are familiar with the area and willing to use motorbike taxis.

Rooms are large and well equipped. Pool is small but sufficient though they close it early so you can enjoy the outdoor area in the evening. Location is reasonably close to facilities in Ekamai but you are tucked away down a soi.

Staff are slightly dismissive, pool area isn't properly utilised. Its a 10-15 minute walk down a soi with no pavements to get to the main area.

Probably amazing in 2014

Despite that, the room is reasonably clean and spacious as well as comfortable. Definitely a quiet area for being in Bangkok. Value for money is good. Despite its shortcomings a good choice for smart travelers on a budget who still want spacious comfort. The complimentary shuttle that goes every 30 minutes comfortably gets you to shopping malls, supermarkets and the BTS quickly.

Hotel is in rough shape, doesn't look like a lot money is still being put back into the upkeep of the hotel. Rooms are not well thought through.

Located in a quiet Soi (small alleyway) in Ekamai area (Watthana district), this is an excellent solution for those who want to stay right in the city center, but far enough from the chaotic mess of the touristy areas. Ekkamai offers beautiful serviced apartments and suites at a very reasonable price. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby and the Big C supermarket. It takes 5 minutes to reach the main road and another to reach Ekamai BTS station on foot. They have a free shuttle service to the station every 30 minutes. We arrived very early in the morning and were given our room by 11am at no extra cost, since we are Booking.com genius members. Our suite was fabulous, well furnished and very clean. On the 8th floor there's also a very nice rooftop with a small pool. The staff is friendly and very professional. Free coffee/tea at the lobby. We also enjoyed a late check-out and booked a metered-taxi through them. I strongly recommend this hotel and this area, when staying in Bangkok.

Very cost effective accommodation. Very large rooms with lots of facilities. The shuttle to sky train is handy because you do feel quite far away from most of the markets, shopping and main sites of interest.

I love the staff and I like the room. Unfortunately the location is not very convenient...especially if you need taxi often...in 3 days I've never get a taxi at the hotel (even booking them in advance all the time)...always need to walk somewhere to reach a bigger street to get a taxi...which it could be fine to walk a bit, but with 2 luggages, no pedestrian pavement and 35 degree it has been not a pleasure. The staff even bring me for free to the nearest taxi stop for 2 times! Really kind and really appreciated! I want to remark, great staff!

Staff is excellent, they will do their best to accommodate you if possible. Room was a pleasant surprise, after traveling for 3 weeks I have come to be disappointed in pictures presenting rooms. This one lived up to pictures and most reviews. Some of fit and finish not perfect, must close closet doors together as they need adjusting, but all minor issues. No dish soap to wash dishes with, but cheap enough to go buy. They offer shuttle to BTS station and local Big C store. Overall excellent stay.

Typical of so many condo hotels in Thailand, pictures do not show the reality, the pool area very run down all the sunloungers broken, pool not very clean, the rooms were big and spacious, but TV and WiFi pretty much non existent.
